Rain CII Carbon- Robinson Plant is a part of Rain CII Carbon, which is one of the world leading producers of calcined petroleum coke in the United States. Rain CII Carbon focuses on growth opportunities in coke calcining and mutually beneficial long-term relationships with suppliers and customers. Established in 1959, it is also supplies calcined coke to the titanium oxide industry. The company has various calcining plants in the United States that offer total annual production of more than 1.5 million tons of calcined coke. Rain CII Carbon also owns several deepwater shipping terminals and full-service petroleum coke laboratories that have achieved an ISO 9001:2000 certification from the International Organization for Standardization. It also has strategic partnerships in China for additional supply of up to 100,000 tons coke annually.
