History

I am Chicago's first and most experienced PUSH Therapist (10+ years). My extensive PUSH Training (2003 thru 2004) and continuing education (ongoing) with Michael Takatsuno the founder of PUSH, and my opportunity to help train new students at Chicago Trainings for 5 years, have given me great opportunity to become the therapist I am today. Located in beautiful Ravenswood Manor, I share front office/waiting area with 2 healthcare professionals. There is a private bathroom for clients. My room is warm, clean, comforting, quiet and professional. I diffuse light essential oils to cleanse the air and for relaxation. There are free parking spaces in front of my office and plentiful free and unrestricted parking all around. I am steps from the Francisco Brown Line stop. There is a cozy cafe across the street. I have been at this location for 5+ years and love the calming feel of this area. Expect me to be prompt and focused on client concerns. I strive to accomplish as much as I can for you.

PUSH Therapy is a powerful and specific type of bodywork that reduces pain and tightness in the body. Targeted work where it hurts. I listen to my clients and create a plan to maximize benefits of the appointment. Clients will have less pain and more freedom of movement after their first visit.
