You agree to one rate when you sign up then every couple months they keep raising the rate! Scam.

Their cancellation policy is horrible. I called to cancel the service. The unit is cleaned and I no longer need the unit. They want me to come up there so they can give vacate notice, etc. etc....

I've been a customer at this location for several years. Just in the last few months, I've had to be in contact with the manager here and in those two occasions, I have found her to be very rude....

For the last three months I've had items stored in this facility and been happy with the service so far. But this morning, Kennie who was working in the office of the facility went beyond measure...
