The hotel is very old and not updated. It had carpet. They allow smoking in the rooms, and the way they give you a non-smoking room is running an air purifier/ionizer for an hour after a smoker...

I wish the facility was better looking from the outside, but once inside the room, it was gorgeous. Very clean and more creature comforts than home - loved the tub for two.

There customer service Sucks!!! Very rude over the phone. They acted like I was bothering them by asking questions. She was truly unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't recommend any of my friends...
