I brought multiple shirts to be laundered and pressed and at least 6 of them were creased worse than when they were handed in. Very poorly executed which is a shame as the lady running the place...

Brought in an item with a zipper that had separated. Was charged $20.00 for the "repair". When I got home and looked at it closely, you could see that they just removed a few teeth from the base...
