Every attempt is made to identify and inform our customers as to potential production concerns. Alternative part designs may be suggested to improve product quality. Similarly, design features or specifications with high cost implications are challenged with lower cost alternatives.Tooling: Slidematic Products designs, builds, and maintains all tooling. Tooling is designed utilizing our CAD system employing standardized components whenever possible. Design procedures are structured to make full utilization of our state of the art machining centers and EDM services. These techniques assure consistent quality replacement components and duplicate tools, while serving to facilitate modifications when they are required due to part revision.Production: Slidematic Products' production facilities include over 40 Multi-Slides and Fourslides, which can service a wide range of strip and wire products. Our wire capability range is.005 to.187 diameter. Strip capabilities range from.003 x.040 to.090 x 3.000 .Slidematic Products also operates a complete conventional punch press department consisting of 13 presses ranging from 30 tons to 125 tons.
