every SINGLE TIME I order from here they miss a a item or multiple. They clearly don't read the WHOLE TICKET because this is the 4th time this happened and this is the only potbelly in my area....

These sandwiches are so fresh and delicious . The service is so quick lines go down quickly. That good old fashioned ambience is calming.

White male worker with piercings is disrespectful. I went today 29jul25 and he's touching his nose and face then not changing gloves and touching my sandwich. Rude tone and throws my friends...

Good food. Ample seating. Clean facility. Enjoy this place very much. Love that we can personalize sandwich. (Skinny for diabetic spouse)
