Updating to 4 stars- we went back and had a much better experience. Friendly, attentive staff, (maybe they were just having a bad day the other day!- sandwiches were made perfectly delicious.

We had an appointment at Northwestern and needed something quick for lunch. We came in a little after 11. My daughter wanted the mac n cheese but it wasn't ready yet along with their soups....

The worst Potbelly I have ever been in. Bad attitude, did not make the sandwich right and broken fountain. Stay away from this place!
