HistoryAs I mentioned in my bio, in 2012 I found myself in a totally chaotic life transition. I retired after 35 years in public education and have extensive experience in program development, coaching, mentoring, teaching and educational leadership and administration. I always took a more holistic approach to my health. However, in 2012, with my retirement and divorce after an almost 30 year marriage I found myself in the worst shape of my life... 30 pounds overweight, totally stressed out and in general just really sick and tired of being sick and tired! That's when I got really serious and decided to attend the Health Coach Institute and graduated as a certified health coach in March 2017.
