Led by Dr. Ted Welsch, Clinical Psychologist, Client-Centered Counseling Associates, Inc. provides counseling services to individual, couples, and families whose concerns include depression, anxiety, stress, anger, conflict management, poor self-esteem, compulsive behavior, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress, unemployment stresses, alcohol and other substance abuse issues, psychosis, domestic violence, as well as marriage and family issues.

Interventions grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Therapy ensure that individuals are participating in the best treatments with proven results. Treatments can happen inside or outside of the office, wherever anxiety is happening! Home visits are available as well. Parent training in CBT/Exposure therapy is a vitally important part of the treatment of kids/teens, and parental involvement is encouraged. Treatments can be designed to be intensive as well, meaning that individuals attend sessions multiple days per week under the guidance of our specialists in order to obtain progress and symptom relief more quickly
