Poplar Creek Public Library

Poplar Creek Public Library District offers a range of books, magazines, journals, maps, pictures, pamphlets, videocassettes, CD s and DVD s. It provides resources on several disciplines, including science, law, literature, technology, geography, history, economics and medicine. Additionally, it offers outreach services for hospitals and senior care centers. The district also provides a variety of equipment that includes video players, typewriters, scanners, printers, microfiche readers and overhead projectors. Poplar Creek Public Library District has a children s department that offers a collection of Spanish, fire safety and parent-teacher books. The district has been operational for more than 30 years and maintains a location in Streamwood, Ill.
