Staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented 10 tables and 60 chairs, were loaded up in 5mins and on our way again. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude staff who doesn't seem to know how to rent a UHaul because you have to use these crazy new contraptions called "computers."

Frustrated and appalled. Reserved a trailer to move weeks in advance. The day comes to pick it up and they don't have any trailers. Why did I make the reservation? Reminded me of the Seinfeld...
