The cut was trash, customer service was decent for what it was but you can't charge the same price as a downtown Chicago barber for a weak fade that's not blended and looks like two tone....

Wait for 20 minutes for a prepaid haircut??! Overall seem like a nice place but maybe ensure barbers have 30 min cushion rather overbook !! Or have after 10-15 mins refunds or incremental refunds...
