All stores are staffed with teaching professionals offering lessons and have multiple state-of-the-art club fitting bays, practice hitting bays, and large putting greens. Nobody knows where anything is neither can they be bothered. Items are marked with the wrong prices and everything is ridiculously expensive. Great combo!

Asked to have my irons regripped in a day and a half, they guy told me "No" needed two weeks as three guys stood around doing nothing. Horrible customer service yet again in the Schaumburg store.
