After seeing a great need for home staging within the local real estate market, Jessica decided to establish Home Recreations in 2011 in order to better meet the needs of sellers in a buyer's market. It is her main objective to encourage sellers to take a proactive approach in preparing their home for the open real estate market in an effort to speed the selling process and for top dollar. With more than 6 years' experience in interior design and mortgage industry work, Jessica brings a professional standard to the Home Staging field. Alongside her husband, an experienced real estate investor and U.S. Army Veteran, the two create an outstanding dynamic that offers high quality service to the Champaign area.
