Great customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff. For the most part this location is very clean and they are always so polite and helpful finding the products and stuff my Furbabies need!

Right in our neighborhood, this has become my family's favorite pet store. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and I love that they send a birthday card and coupon for a toy on our babies'...

ok, update to say that the staff here is wonderful. however, they have a big sale, 20% off this weekend, and nothing I buy is in stock, Elsey's cat litter and the Fancy Feast flavors my cats...
