Ordered the mac and cheese bowl with bread, in th3 drive through. Price on the menu board $9.99, price on the receipt $11.99 and no butter for the bread!!

Took 30 minutes to get two bagels and parfait. Items look nothing like the pictures. $6 for a yogurt cup with frozen fruit on the bottom. Panera has gone downhill.

I should not be even surprise to see this low scored reviews on here after todays visit at 2:30 pm. No juices at all by the pop machine, no cups except large, no lids at all, tables are not...
