We came 30 minutes before closing and tried to come in but the door was locked and when we tried to get the workers attention they stared at us and didn't do anything. Then they opened the door...

where do I begin... my wife swears about this store and hence went to this store to buy a dog collar and some charms... they have some temporary workers for holidays who are struggling for they do...

Horrible service. Stood there for 30 minutes and nobody walked up to us to ask if we needed help. Customers that walked in after us got service before us.
