Horrible, rude. Do not treat you with any courtesy at all when you call!! Just put you on hold and take forever to get back to you. I called back after 9 minutes on hold to cancel due to the flu...

I've been with Pain Therapy Associates for many years. The staff is great, and the office has always made accommodations for me , which I am very grateful. I highly recommend their services!
