History

Frank has been in the beauty business for his entire life. Teaching hair cutting and coloring are a definite passion and Frank is the only Board Certified Master Hair Colorist in the area!! After returning from training in Manhattan from the famed Frederic Fekkai, Frank was mesmerized by the Balayage coloring technique and became obsessed at mastering this service. Frank sought out every educator in the US for Balayage and is proud to say that he introduced this technique to the Oak Park area in 2004! Frank loves the technique that he now teaches Balayage to other colorists in the Chicagoland area. Frank is a CEU sponsor with the state of illinois. In fact, one of Franks first students is now the haircolorist for The First Lady Michelle Obama! Frank has one goal in mind: to help you look and feel beautiful.
