The Villa at PA Peterson is under construction from the bottom up. There are shortages of staff in all facilities, so I don't think the Villa is unique in that regard. What the Villa does have...

1 star because that's the lowest I could go. They are terrible. Staff is abusive and the establishment covers for them. There dietary is so ignorant. Over spiced. My daughter gaged and vomiting...
