Jeff Armstrong Co-founded OutSource Technologies (OT) with his best friend from kindergarten in 1994. From an idea drawn up on a napkin in a San Francisco coffee house, it was decided that Chicago was the market to be. So they drove cross county with a U-haul trailer to a three flat in Wrigleyville to settle and start up.
