These packers are located in Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and South Dakota. We purchase USDA corn fed cattle that is aged for a minimum of 21 days. This ensures that the meat yields the richest flavor and tenderness. After the meat is aged to perfection, it is then hand cut to the customer's specification.
