Dragged their feet and now my mom is in hospice with their inability to act. Hospital was dirty, trash everywhere, waiting room had 10 days of same trash and grime on the floors.

They just want to get you in and out lol, i've gone awhile and nobody seems to care. They are good at fake smiles and saying dumb stuff like "Another day in paradise" I wasn't going to leave this...
