OSF Holy Family Medical Center

Located in Monmouth, Ill., Community Medical Center of Western Illinois is a private, nonprofit organization providing inpatient, outpatient and long-term services to the people of Monmouth and surrounding communities. The center offers acute care, acupuncture, allergy treatment, bone density testing, and home care, emergency and occupational therapy services. It has a cardiac lab and various clinics that provide magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound and CT scans. It offers cardiac rehabilitation, community education, echocardiography, mammography, nuclear medicine and nutrition counseling. Additionally, it provides volunteer and social services, skilled nursing, respite care and pain management programs. The center s ambassador program provides financial support to community medical center. The clinics of the hospital provide family medical care, including treatment and diagnosis of illnesses and injuries, annual physicals and immunizations to patients of all ages.
