Lazy "customer service" rep told me to go to the dealer because he "didn't know how" to find the correct tailgate handle for my truck. Pep boys, on the other hand, was very helpful. Won't be back...

Horrible customer service from employees specifically Chris. Likes to sit on a bucket and stocks shelves. Ignores requests for help locating items. Never going back.

Very poor customer service, stood at counter and was never acknowledged. Sales clerk was taking care of customer on computer and could not take time to at least acknowledge by saying be with you...
