Great classes. Helpful instructors. I felt like a got a really great cardio & strength workout. I used earplugs because music was too loud. Maybe because I am in 50s & am old.

I go to this OTF when my other one doesn't have the times that I need. The staff are nice. The instructors are all pretty good. The studio is a decent size. Pretty easy street parking in the hood.
