In an effort to help our patients receive the maximum benefits available, we are preferred network dental providers for most major insurance companies, including: Aetna, BCBS, CIGNA, Delta Dental, Compbenefits, Humana, Metlife, Principal, Guardian, United Concordia, United Healthcare, Careington and more. We are always happy to contact your insurance company and see what benefits might be available under your particular dental insurance plan. Simply give us a call and let us know the subscriber's ID#, Date of Birth, and insurance phone number (located on the back of the card), and we can get all of your benefit information ready prior to your appointment.

Do Not go to this money hungry terrible dental office. They will put you in collections if you stop going to them. They over book appointments to get more money and make you wait for a long time....
