Unfortunately, I do not recommend Optima. I was awarded a grant and Optima was the contractor with the winning bid. So, for full transparency, I did not pay for it, BUT they were paid for the job....

I couldn't be happier. All the construction we discussed to have done ( kitchen wall removed, plumbing moved, all new recess lighting, new cabinets, new closets and painting our whole condo)...
