Opening in August of 2015, One Goal Training brought it's business and fitness expertise to Chicago to provide a wide variety of fitness instruction and guidance.

We provide personal training for individuals of all ages and abilities. Including but not limited to, elderly, athletes, pregnant mothers, brides-to-be, small and large groups, and youth sports teams. In addition we offer online personal training, nutrition coaching, and behavior change coaching.
