Brad Johnson is a Vice President and Investment Officer with Old Second Banks Wealth Management Group. Brad co-manages the Equity Common Trust Fund, co-manages major institutional accounts and manages individual accounts. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as well as a Master of Science in Finance degree also from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a holder of the FINRA 65 license and has the designations Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner

Andy Roche is a Senior Vice President of Personal Trusts and brings over 25 years of trust experience to Old Second. In addition to his role as Head of Trust Administration, he also oversees taxes, trust operations and is the departments IRA expert. Roche earned a bachelor of science in accounting with a business minor from St. Josephs College and a master of business administration in finance from Benedictine University. He is also a graduate of National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University, a graduate of DePaul Financial Planning Certificate, is a CPA, CFP, and holds a FINRA Series 65 License.

Andrew R. Crouch is Senior Vice President, and Senior Trust Officer at Old Second Bank. Andrew provides guidance to individuals and families regarding the preservation and transfer of their wealth over multiple generations. He focuses his practice on the development and implementation of trust, estate, wealth transfer, tax planning, guardianship, real property transactions, charitable planning, and fiduciary planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. He advises on several aspects of the fiduciary practice, including business growth, risk management, trust counsel, and account acceptance.Andrew received his Bachelor of Science degree in History and American Studies from the University of Kansas. He also has a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. Andrew has been selected as an Emerging Lawyer in the practice categories of Trust, Will, & Estate Planning Law and Closely & Privately Held Business Law. Each year, fewer than two percent of lawyers under 40 years of age in Illinois receive this honor. In addition to his time practicing as an attorney, Andrew taught the course The Laws of Property as an Adjunct Professor. Andrew is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois.
