Camp Tuckabatchee, established in 1927 and located in Ottawa, Ill., is a day and resident camp. It is an American Camping Association accredited camp that is a community of camp professionals and is dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults through the camp experience. The camp offers summer camp programs, environmental learning program, retreat programming and facility rental. It also offers various camp activities, including swimming and sports. Camp Tuckabatchee organizes various activities, such as open house, benefit flea and craft market, family fun horse show, hounted camp and family Halloween party. Additionally, it provides meal services. Camp Tuckabatchee has a kitchen that is equipped with an oven, microwave and refrigerator.
