Jack was the store manager and he was so friendly unhelpful and knowledgeable, and he knew the dimensions of the bags. The store is beautiful and clean and it's inside the 900 N. Michigan Ave....

DO NOT go here to get your Tumi bag embossed. The sales rep ruined both of the tags that came with my bag and they didn't have the same color in stock...I was left with a "sorry" and a phone...
