In 2001, our organization expanded to offer skilled Medicare home health services, including nursing, physical and occupational therapies, medical social work, and home health aides. For seven years, Tracy Kelly worked as the Nurse Clinical Supervisor, leading with compassion, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to the well-being of both patients and staff.
