It came about after its owner spent the 4 years prior working initially as an Intern and then as a Consultant for other counseling organizations conducting therapy as part of home visitations. After realizing that in far too many instances the clients being served weren't receiving or did not have access to an environment that afforded them the level of privacy they deserved an office was opened.
