Pleasantly surprised at speed of this visit for broken ribs. ED doesn't have spear ate rooms, only curtained off areas, but otherwise delighted by attention, courtesy, and care.

My parents have been sent to this ER several times already and every single time the wait is ridiculously long. I mean 5 hours or more. They check you in right away, you wait for about an hour...
