For the first time ever, Endeavor NorthShore actually charged us for sending a message to a doctor. We have sent probably hundreds of messages over the years, and have never been charged...

Customer care is very poor. Staff not properly trained to care ffor patients, or do not care for needs of walkin patients. Avoid this center if possible. There are better alturnatives.

Waiting area is completely empty ... Step up to the desk and say,"I have covid, may I have a mask?"... time passes... excuse me, may I please have a mask?" Then a mask is passed. Waiting area...
