Doctors are great; staff answering the phones are jerks. You can tell them get impatient with you on the phone because of all the dramatic sighing, like they can't wait to get you off the phone.

Karen- I wasn't there because of Fred. I had a concern about Doug. NSFPH was wonderful when I lost Fred. BTW, You're an awesome vet! I wish I could still bring my dogs to you.
