The professional care is good. Make sure you find out in advance how much you will pay for initial and follow-up visits. Their per visit charges are not cheap. They are definitely not free....

Although the name of the practice has changed to North Shore Audiology Consultants, our staff of doctoral level audiologists has not, and we look forward to maintaining the highest standard of hearing and balance healthcare utilizing a medical model. We continue to be viewed by the community as the go-to practice in the Chicagoland area for first-in-class audiologic care.

Make sure you get all their fees disclosed upfront. The cost of the hearing test does not include the cost of consultation. Very disappointed.

I recently received hearing aids for the first time. My experience with North Shore Audio-Vestibular Lab has been fantastic! I was given a thorough ear exam to make sure I had no medical issues....

I had a wonderful experience at North Shore Audiology. The staff is all courteous and caring and Jill Melter's expertise helped me with my hearing issues. I highly recommend this practice.

Amazing customer service! The whole audiology staff has been amazing every time I visit. They are always available when needed. So lucky to have found them. You guys are AWESOME!
