Found this bar in Waukegan with cheap beers. It has pretty much drinks and not really much good in the way of food. North Avenue Tap ironically has more beers in bottles and cans if one can...

History
Being established in 1903 makes North Avenue Tap one of Waukegans oldest taverns. Over the years, several properties have been purchased to expand the size and capabilities of our business. A recently constructed beer garden boasts such ammenities as two regulation size Baggo courts, outdoor Bocce ball court, and a large stone masonry patio with fire pit.
Specialties
Good beer selection, food served daily until midnight, & large beer garden ( complete with Bocce ball court, 2 Baggo courts, patio, and fire pit ).
