they sell you the rower and then start taking away functionality. then they start harassing you to log in. they keep this on until you buy their membership. we need is a class action lawsuit.

Terrible product, worst customer service. Fan won't stop running, the whole console needs to be replaced, 1/3 cost of the machine. Will never do business with this company. Please be careful.
