Premium rent for ghetto level service. Building management are never available , terrible response time , maintenance is non existent. 3 weeks to fix heat in the middle of winter at -30 temps....

For the price of $3500. A month you can live here with stained hallway carpets and share the elevator with people who don't know how to bath their dogs so the smell is so atrocious you can smell...
