V-S Industries, founded in 1945, serves the power tool industry, the automotive industry and the electric motor industry. . The company has three manufacturing facilities, its main and secondary facility in Wheeling, Ill. and a third facility in Juarez, Mexico. The company s focus has switched to office equipment shafting, marine power and hydraulics, in addition to refrigeration and power hand tools. V-SP in Juarez is capable of making practically all of the same parts as V-S Industries in Wheeling, the primary focus being on shafts with multiple secondary operations. The company has CNC Swiss Turning, CNC Chucking, friction welding, CNC Milling and Drilling, grinding, single and multiple spindle screw machines, and thread rolling. The company has enjoyed steady growth in the tens of millions of dollars, and employs more than 370 workers in the United States and Mexico.
