Dr. Cary Templin specializes in the operative and non-operative treatment of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Dr. Templin is an expert in minimally invasive surgical procedures. His practice includes spinal decompression and fusion, microsurgery and motion-preserving procedures, including artificial disc replacement.Dr. Templin received his Medical Doctorate from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, finished his orthopaedic surgery residency at Northwestern University, and went on to complete his spine surgery fellowship at the University of California. He is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and spinal surgery.Dr. Templins goal is to first diagnose a patients pain source so that treatment is successful in alleviating the symptoms. His experienced team prides themselves on spending time with their patients and making sure that they are comfortable and well-informed regarding their diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Templin and his team focus on their quality of care so they can improve each patients quality of life.

Dr. Kirincic is a board-certified physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) and pain medicine, specializing in the non-surgical management of acute, chronic, and postoperative musculoskeletal pain. Her approach includes trigger point and joint injections, acupuncture, non-opioid medications, and electrodiagnostic (EMG) testing.

Dr. Giridhar Burra is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who completed a Sports Medicine fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute under Dr. James R. Andrews. Among the first in the Chicago area to earn sports medicine board certification, he specializes in arthroscopic surgery and complex injuries of the shoulder, elbow, and knee. Dr. Burra has treated athletes from professional teams including the White Sox, Jets, Rangers, and Islanders, and serves as team physician for several schools and the Joliet Slammers. He is also an accomplished researcher, lecturer, and international educator in sports injury management and prevention.
