Nichols Middle School

Nichols Middle School, located in Evanston, Ill., is among the premier public schools in Cook County. Governed by the Evanston Community Consolidated School District 65, it teaches classes from six through grade eight, and enrolls more than 550 students. Its curriculum includes math, science, social studies, technology and computer studies, special education, health and physical education, and art and music. Nichols Middle School provides a wide range of programs and activities, including multiage team units, interdisciplinary instruction, advisor and advisee programs, student council, outdoor activities, clubs and band, and field trips. It also provides a wide range of sports programs, including basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, track and field, cross-country, and softball.
