Went in for eyebrow threading. The owner asked me if I wanted them reshaped and I said no just a touch up. I had my eyebrows threaded and they cut off the top of my brow. It's taken years to grow...

terrible hydro facial experience! left my face with bruises and scars ! kept telling her to be gentle but she's overconf and doesn't listen at all ! I have to spend 500$ more to get this fixed

I've been coming to New Valaji Spa for a while now and I absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else. I recommend seeing Michu! She's an absolute GEM. She knows her way with eyebrows and Brazilian wax....

I was a customer here for 10+ years. Gagan was my stylist for all of those years. In her absence I would have the owner do my eyebrows. She was awful. No shape, nothing.. I hate writing reviews...
