New Life Counseling was founded in 2004 by David P. Cook, LMFT. Over the years, New Life Counseling has expanded it's services with 4 additional counselors a Marriage and Family Therapy Internship Training program. In 2014 we began to anticipate the need for more counseling space. On January 1, 2016, we moved into our new home. Our new location is double the size or our current office, with additional counseling rooms and a much larger and more comfortable waiting room. The additional space will allow us to expand our Play Therapy program. It will also enable us to continue and expand our Internship Training Program, serving the uninsured and underserved with marriage and family counseling services for greatly reduced fees.

The mission of NewLife Counseling Center is to bring health, wholeness, healing and hope to individuals, couples, and families in Northern Illinois by providing professional faith-based mental health counseling services
