Horrible customer service. In fact, they don't treat you like a customer. They treat you like you are some lowly-being that's begging them for their mercy. Rude, condescending, and unhelpful....

Office experience. Very rude and not considerate receptionist. She was on duty on May 9th around 5 pm. I should've asked her name. But was so upset and frustrated with her I had to leave the facility.
