Lack of communication after the purchase paperwork is signed. Everyone was so nice until I tried to reach the sales person James Major. Who never answered my calls nor returned any of my messages....

What a circus. I spent 2.5 hours at Honda for an oil change and routine maintenance, ridiculous. I drive off, and the tire pressure light comes on. Had to come back the next day and waste another...
