I've always been interested in family practice because I like talking to the whole family. It's nice getting to know people personally and seeing the family dynamic. I do well-child visits and immunization, and I really enjoy working with children. It's also very rewarding to work with the elderly. There are a lot of medical conditions that come up in old age, and I enjoy helping my patients work through those challenges. I like talking to their caregivers as well: teaching prevention and how to best care for their loved ones.
